The Colony Wine Merchant team takes great care in selecting sustainable wines, craft beer and artisan cheese for your enjoyment. Our bites menu is made in-house by scratch and the dishes are thoughtfully chosen to be shared and paired with wine and beer. Featured Wine Flight - Old World Reds

Wine Flight - Three 3oz pours $22

Old World refers to wines produced in Europe and new world refers to wines produced most everywhere else. The Europeans have been making wine for thousands of years and old-world traditions and techniques are still used today. Old World wines tend to have a little more acidity and earthy qualities and less alcohol and fruit than California wines. They also age beautifully. We hope you enjoy as much as we do!
